The Crown Ball (“CB”) first began in 2001 as The Dallas Chapter’s main fundraising event. The Crown Ball is a medieval themed party that incorporates some of the traditions of the medieval theme with a modern touch. The Event is also known and the “Purple and Gold” Party as participants are encouraged to dress up in “smart” cocktail attire incorporating those colors. The events include live music, adult beverages and a silent auction like you may see at other events. It also incorporates less typical “extra-curricular” events like a Fortune Teller, Tarot Card Reader, Handwriting Analyst, Jugglers (changes by year) and our now notorious “JAIL”. What kind of medieval party comes without a jail and jailers to lock up our guests. The Crown Ball typically occurs anywhere from January to March and is always well attended. The venue changes every year as to give our guests a new experience every time. Invitations are sent by our “Knights” and “Duchesses” but the event is open to anyone looking for a very different type of party. All proceeds benefit The Ryan Gibson Foundation. ***Silent Auction Donation Package***
